Availa [board]
Undergraduate Capstone
Documenting our Process
Over the final two quarters of my undergraduate degree, my team spent designing and building a tool to improve the room reservation system in place in Seig Hall. During this project, my team documented our Design process on our Process Blog
Problem
HCDE Students and Faculty are currently struggling with the room meeting reservation system in Sieg Hall, as it is difficult to use and a frustration for the staff to keep updated.
Question
How can we create a more efficient room reservation system that is more accessible to its users?
Motivation
We hope to design, prototype and implement a dynamic system that eliminates the aforementioned frustrations and inefficiencies. Contribute to the redesign of Sieg Hall and the HCDE space.
