I'M MELISSA

I'm a Pacific Northwest made passionate User Experience Designer. I've been a designer at Vertafore where I designed complexly integrated content and relationship management systems for the insurance industry. Currently, I'm a Product Designer at Onvia building a brand new platform for sales intelligence & acceleration in the Business to Government market. 

I'm drawn to projects for enterprise spaces, because of the complex nature of the projects I have 4 years of experience moving through all phases of the design process: from problem discovery & user research, lo-fi prototypes to gain user feedback and insight, into the solution space where I create wireframe, hi-fi prototypes, and front-end code demonstrations, all while maintaining close relationships with users for their invaluable feedback and design validation. 

From comprehensive Design Systems, designing inclusively for accessibility needs, to executing my own user research protocols; all aspects of design methodologies truly light a fire in my soul.
